Lead Support Worker – Empower Independence & Leadership

One Fylde is seeking a Senior Support Worker to empower individuals with learning disabilities and autism to live vibrant, independent lives. You will lead day-to-day support and help people develop skills and interests in a person-centred way.

You will act as first point of contact in the absence of the Team Leader, supervise Support Workers and plan rotas, while contributing to training and induction in a supportive charity environment.
