Senior Support Worker — Lead & Inspire in Residential Care

Voyage Care in Trowbridge is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead our residential service and support a fantastic group of people.

You will supervise daily operations, allocate shifts, arrange training, induct new staff, order medication, and assist the Manager to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.
