• Downs House – 36 hours per week – £13.70 per hour + weekend enhancements

• Female Senior Care Assistant – Night Shift
• Downs House – 36 hours per week – £14.20 per hour + weekend enhancements

About Our Homes

Downs House is a welcoming 46-bed residential care home providing high-quality, person-centred elderly care in a calm and supportive environment.

Stroud House is a specialist 25 bed residential care home supporting older people, including those living with complex dementia.

Your Role

Care Assistant responsibilities include:

• Supporting residents with personal care and daily living
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with mobility and wellbeing checks
• Supporting residents living with dementia
• Maintaining accurate care records
• Working as part of a supportive care team

Senior Care Assistant responsibilities include:

• Leading shifts and supporting the care team
• Administering medication
• Updating care plans and recordsLiaising with families and healthcare professionalsSupporting and mentoring staff
• Promoting high standards of person-centred care
