Cera Care in Southampton is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker to help people with mental health conditions and histories of substance misuse. You will support individuals, sometimes with challenging behaviour, and may provide personal care.
Full training is provided, no experience required. You will learn to de-escalate crises, communicate effectively, and work with healthcare professionals and community services to ensure access to support.
