Intensive Community Support Worker – Mental Health

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Support Worker (Band 3) in the Mid Locality, based in Truro. The role supports people with psychosis within a CMHT framework and involves working in people’s homes and communities, with travel across the county.

You will be supervised by qualified staff, require experience with enduring mental health disorders, and collaborate with families and VCSE partners to provide holistic care and engagement.
