Pay & Benefits

Fixed weekend salary of £180 + mileage. This includes a 12-hour guarantee; any hours worked beyond 12 will be paid as additional. To qualify for this salaried rate, candidates must be available to work at any time across the weekend.

• Double pay on peak days
• Additional pay for picking up a visit outside of usual activity
• £0.35 per mile mileage
• Paid DBS check (refunded after successful probation)
• Paid training – earn while you learn!
• £400 refer a friend scheme available

Flexible Shifts & Work Culture

• Minimum 1‑hour visits with clients
• Flexible shifts available; we deliver care to our clients between 06:45am and 9:30pm every day
• Full availability on Saturday and Sunday is essential
