Senior Autism Support Lead – Edinburgh

Autism Initiatives in Edinburgh is seeking a Senior Support Worker to work across our autism-focused service. You will support the management team, promote person-centred practices, and help implement the service development plan.

You will liaise with the practice support team, ensure consistent practices across networks, supervise staff, and participate in on-call duties. The role requires PVG registration and SSSC membership, and a commitment to ongoing learning.
