Behaviour Support Specialist — School-Based, CPD & Long-Term

Teaching Personnel in Blackburn is seeking a committed Behaviour Support Worker to join a school from September on a long-term basis. You will provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils showing challenging behaviour, working with staff to implement strategies and support learning inside and outside the classroom.

You should have prior school-based experience, strong behaviour management skills, and a calm, proactive approach.
