Employability & SEND Study Programme Lead

Cornwall College in St Austell is seeking an Employability Study Programme Manager to lead our employability and supported internship programmes. You will manage study programmes, develop learners’ employability and English/Maths skills, and deliver engaging lessons with a personalised approach.

The role requires Level 2 English and Maths and a full teaching qualification, plus substantial SEND experience. IT proficiency and strong communication are essential for success.
