Compassionate Hospice Care Assistant – Palliative Support

Wakefield Hospice is seeking a passionate Health Care Assistant to join our inpatient team on a permanent basis. You will work under the supervision of a qualified nurse, helping provide compassionate, patient-centered care and supporting patients and their families on a 24-hour cycle.

The role offers opportunities to contribute across areas of the hospice, including dementia day care, with essential training and ongoing professional development to enhance communication and caregiving skills.
