Senior Carer Lead – Residential Care Home (NVQ3)

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Residential Senior Carer to lead care staff, support residents with personalised care, and manage medication administration, care plan reviews, and risk assessments in our care home.

You will supervise shifts, provide training and delegation, liaise with GPs, district nursing teams and residents’ families, and ensure a warm, dignified environment that respects the residents’ preferences.
