This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, offering long-term stability and development for the right candidate. The role suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, has good attention to detail, and takes pride in producing high-quality products as part of a busy production team.
Responsibilities
- Assembling products and components following specifications and work instructions
- Using hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Checking completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
- Identifying and reporting faults, defects, or assembly issues
- Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet production targets
- Maintaining accurate production records where required
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Keeping the work area clean, organised, and safe
What We’re Looking For
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Ability to follow instructions, drawings, and processes
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- A positive and proactive approach to work
- Reliable, punctual, and committed
