Precision MIG & TIG Welder Fabricator – Hydraulic Tubes

Workforce Group are partnering with a Daventry-based engineering business to recruit a skilled MIG & TIG Welder Fabricator. The role involves welding hydraulic tube assemblies and fabrications from mild and stainless steels, reading drawings, and ensuring welds meet precise specifications.

The initial contract is fixed-term with reviews every 3 months and potential extensions. Hours are 38 per week (Mon-Thu, 07:00–17:00) with overtime paid at 1.5x. Direct employment by the company.
