Production MIG Welder: Precise Repetitive Thin Sheet Welding

Workforce Staffing is recruiting for a Production MIG Welder to join a busy manufacturing company in Redditch. This production welding role involves repetitive MIG welding within a dedicated welding booth and contributing to continuous production output.

Ideal candidates will have previous MIG welding experience in manufacturing, be able to weld thin gauge mild steel (1mm–2mm), produce neat, consistent welds, and stay focused on repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
