Derby Homes Limited is an arm’s length management organisation (ALMO) created by Derby City Council to manage, maintain, and improve council houses and estates with over 12,000 properties.
The plasterer role involves working alongside an existing maintenance team to ensure buildings are safe and well‑maintained. Key tasks include plastering and tiling repairs, making safe improvements and installations, and working on both traditional and non‑traditional domestic properties. Work is often varied and requires a flexible, proactive approach.
Applicants must successfully complete a driver assessment to operate company vehicles, which may also be used for commuting.
