CNC Setter Operator: Aerospace Precision + 4-Day Week Training

Orion Electrotech is seeking a skilled CNC Setter Operator to join our precision aerospace team in Southend-on-Sea. You will set and run CNC machines, read engineering drawings, and work to tight tolerances while receiving training in centreless grinding.

You will contribute to high‑quality aerospace components, participate in first-off inspections, and develop specialist grinding skills within a modern, 4‑day week environment.
