The Role

As part of the Children & Families Locality Team in Gloucester, you will:

  • Manage Child Protection, Children in Need, and Early Looked After Children cases
  • Build strong relationships with children and families to achieve positive outcomes
  • Deliver creative, child-focused interventions
  • Work within a collaborative and innovative environment where your ideas are valued

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Social Workers registered with Social Work England
  • ASYE-completed or experienced practitioners
  • Passionate individuals who want to make a lasting impact
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Relevant experience in child protection or child welfare
