Hybrid Senior Social Worker: Older Adults Mental Health

Wakefield Council is seeking a Community Mental Health Social Worker (older people) to join our integrated team in Wakefield. The role is full-time (37 hours) at grade 10 or 11, with responsibilities spanning assessment, care planning, and collaboration with professionals.
