Rising Costs Negotiator – Legal Claims

Davies seeks a Junior Costs Negotiator in Bolton to pursue settlement of legal costs on MOD disease claims. You will manage your own caseload from receipt to resolution, formulate initial strategy, and negotiate with opponents and insurers as needed.
