Job Title: SOC- Order Management Advisor – Watford (12‑month fixed‑term contract)
Responsibilities
- Capture all orders within a 24‑hour turnaround, ensuring accurate and complete contract details.
- Order vehicle specifications accurately, liaising with dealers.
- Collaborate with Pricing and Data teams to secure correct manufacturer pricing, discounts and manage monthly price increases.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, achieving KPIs and SLAs with first‑contact resolution.
- Accept bespoke and ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications
- High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Motivated to achieve individual and team targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; polite and professional telephone manner.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills; ability to self‑manage.
- Experience in Office365, purchasing, and systems such as Ebony Dacs & Salesforce (preferred).
