Anti‑Social Behaviour (ASB) Caseworker
Location: Remote
Salary: £35,000.00 per annum, plus Car Allowance of £3,715 per annum

Role Overview
Take ownership of ASB casework from start to finish, ensuring ASB Customer Commitments are understood and delivered. Provide customers with a journey that efficiently resolves issues while demonstrating sophisticated influencing and negotiation skills.
Manage challenging conversations with customers who may be experiencing hate crime, domestic abuse, trauma, financial issues and other complex experiences. Provide compassionate, human‑centred support.
Collaborate closely with partners in the Police, Local Authority, Mental Health Services, and external mediation and legal services partners.
Prepare and present cases in court when legal action is appropriate, and work with external legal services partners to secure favourable outcomes.
Select creative solutions and innovative service opportunities to resolve cases, and use data and behavioural insights to propose service innovations.
Travel to court hearings and community visits as required and participate in duty processes to triage cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Own casework from start to finish, ensuring commitments are delivered.
- Navigate and manage complex, multi‑agency relationships.
- Provide compassionate, client‑centred support to individuals facing hate crime, domestic abuse, trauma, and financial hardship.
- Prepare detailed case files for civil or criminal courts and present them effectively.
- Advocate for creative, non‑legal solutions when possible.
- Use data to analyse and improve case outcomes.
- Travel to court and community visits, and support duty triage processes.
Candidate Profile
- Experience of managing anti‑social behaviour cases.
- Experience developing and working in partnership with external stakeholders.
- Understanding of the law and relevant legislation around housing, ASB, and safeguarding.
- Experience using the harm‑based approach to ASB triage.
- Experience safeguarding and managing cases involving people with specialist and complex needs.
- Outstanding communication skills that demonstrate ability to influence and negotiate outcomes.
- Skills adopting digital solutions and experiences delivering change.
- Experience partnership working to meet the needs of customers and complex multi‑agency relationships.
- Experience preparing complex case files for court and presenting cases in civil or criminal courts.
- Effective problem‑solving and innovative solutions for customers.
- Prioritise and manage a complex case load.
- Experience with mediation or conflict resolution services.
