IT Second Line Technician — Master Complex IT & User Support

Protect Line is seeking an experienced IT Second Line Technician in Bournemouth. You will own escalation handling, diagnose complex hardware, software, and cloud issues, and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, Active Directory, and network services.

You will support onboarding and offboarding, manage endpoint devices, and contribute to IT projects while upholding strong security practices across users and systems.
