Family Recovery Coordinator (Substance Use)

Change Grow Live in Huddersfield is seeking a Part Time Concerned Other Recovery Coordinator to support families affected by a loved one’s substance use. The role is based across Kirklees with 18.75 hours per week and evening work.

You will work with the Family Team to provide one-to-one and group support, coordinate referrals, and promote recovery and social reintegration in the community.
