Bank Support Worker — Make a Difference in Community Care

Prime Life is seeking Bank Support Workers to provide respectful, dignified support to residents at Stoneygate Road Residential Home in Leicester. You will help residents maintain quality of life, offer companionship, and support daily living activities on a flexible bank basis.

Training is provided; prior care experience is helpful but not essential. The role requires patience, empathy, and respect for each resident’s abilities, with placements across various shifts to meet care needs.
