About The Role
Are you highly organised, customer‑focused, and looking for a role where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a Development Coordinator to join our Development Team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of new affordable homes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable insight into the development process, working alongside experienced colleagues and contributing to projects that help create much‑needed homes. You’ll also be involved in our securitisation programme, supporting the work that enables Accent to secure funding and invest in building more affordable homes for the future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Provide financial, legal and governance administration support.
- Support Development Managers throughout the development lifecycle, including preparing for scheme handovers.
- Ensure key project documents are accurately maintained and filed.
- Assist with securitisation projects, helping to support funding arrangements for new affordable homes.
- Use systems, technology and data to maintain information and support reporting requirements.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across different teams and departments.
Salary
The spot salary for this post is £28,884 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. If you’re still developing some of the skills or experience, you can start at a salary 5% or 10% below the spot rate, with clear support and progression opportunities to reach the full amount.
