Construo Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading renewable energy contractor to recruit a Renewables Operations Coordinator to support the delivery of Solar PV and Heat Pump installation projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive coordinator with experience in operations, scheduling or project administration to join a growing business at the forefront of the renewable energy sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently from enquiry through to completion.
The Role
As Renewables Operations Coordinator, you will support the day-to‑day operations of the renewable energy department, coordinating customers, engineers, surveyors and suppliers while ensuring projects progress smoothly through every stage.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming customer enquiries and supporting customers throughout the installation process
- Scheduling site surveys and installation appointments
- Coordinating engineers, surveyors and suppliers to ensure projects remain on programme
- Preparing customer handover packs, installation certificates and project documentation
- Registering completed installations for insurance and compliance purposes
- Ordering equipment and liaising with suppliers
- Supporting service plan administration and customer onboarding
- Maintaining accurate project records using CRM and scheduling systems
- Coordinating communication between all project stakeholders
- Providing administrative support to ensure the efficient delivery of Solar PV and Heat Pump installations
Requirements
- Previous experience in an Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Scheduler or Administration role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM or scheduling software
- Proactive approach with excellent attention to detail
Desirable
- Experience within renewables, construction, electrical, HVAC or building services
- Knowledge of Solar PV and Heat Pump installation processes
- Experience managing compliance or certification documentation
