Role Overview

Join our Bid & Proposal team as a Commercial Co‑ordinator and play a key role in winning new business and retaining valued customers. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and managing the end‑to‑end bid and proposal process, ensuring high‑quality submissions are delivered on time.
- Creating clear, concise, compliant, and responsive customer‑focused proposal content.
- Managing renewals, contract updates, and submissions with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Working closely with internal teams to gather, align, and refine bid and proposal inputs.
- Maintaining bid documentation, registers, and reporting tools, ensuring all materials are up to date.
- Tracking bid and proposal progress and outcomes, contributing to reporting and revenue validation.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance team efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in written content development.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high‑quality work.
- A collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
