Turning Tides in Worthing is seeking a dedicated team member to develop, shape and evaluate a specialist accommodation service for clients facing housing insecurity and multiple exclusions. You will work with a multiagency group to tailor support and reduce risk, including those with substance use or mental health challenges.
The role requires compassion, strong communication and trauma-informed practice, with shifts across days, weekends and holidays to ensure continuous resident support.
