Shift Supervisor

As Shift Supervisor at the Griffin – Harvester, you will greet everyone who visits, train your team and lead the daily operations of the site. You will serve guests, manage shifts, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and support team members to become great hospitality professionals.

What will I be doing as Shift Supervisor?

• Be part of the day‑to‑day running of the site, acting as a host, serving guests and confidently leading your team.
• Act as a shift leader.
• Serve as a role model for your teams, helping with their training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
