Temporary Guest Relations Coordinator

As the first point of contact for visitors, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest receives a seamless and professional experience from arrival through to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and guests
- Registering visitors and issuing access badges
- Coordinating appointments and managing meeting room bookings
- Maintaining a professional, organised, and inviting reception area
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Providing administrative support to the wider office team
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day front‑of‑house operations
About You
We’re looking for someone who is personable, highly organised, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
You’ll Have
- Previous experience in a reception, front‑of‑house, guest services, or similar customer‑facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A friendly, professional, and confident approach
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
Desirable Experience
- Hospitality or hotel management background
- Commercial administration experience
- Exposure to defence, government, or highly professional corporate environments
