Temporary Guest Relations Coordinator

Location: MarylebonePay: £19.23Hours: 08:00 – 17:00Start Date: Monday 3rd AugustDuration: ongoing

As the first point of contact for visitors, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest receives a seamless and professional experience from arrival through to departure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and guests
  • Registering visitors and issuing access badges
  • Coordinating appointments and managing meeting room bookings
  • Maintaining a professional, organised, and inviting reception area
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Providing administrative support to the wider office team
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day front‑of‑house operations

About You

We’re looking for someone who is personable, highly organised, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

You’ll Have

  • Previous experience in a reception, front‑of‑house, guest services, or similar customer‑facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A friendly, professional, and confident approach
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn

Desirable Experience

  • Hospitality or hotel management background
  • Commercial administration experience
  • Exposure to defence, government, or highly professional corporate environments
