Estate Groundskeeper & Gardener — Grow, Create & Shine

Blue Arrow is recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Operative – Gardener to maintain estates in Birmingham. You will work as part of a team using ride-on and other mowing equipment, hedge cutters, strimmers and blowers to deliver a high standard of service.

The role involves grass cutting, waste disposal, pruning, edging and weed control across multiple sites, with a focus on safe, tidy, and well-maintained outdoor spaces.
