About the Role
As a Care Support Assistant you will receive full training and earn a competitive pay of £15.00 per hour for day shifts. The role is full time (36 hours) with a mix of day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting individuals to take part in meaningful activities within the service and the community.
- Assisting clients in their daily routines and encouraging independence where possible.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Administering medication when required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Caring and empathetic nature.
- Confidence in leading and supporting activities.
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated with a positive attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible and person‑centred approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence (advantageous).
- Previous experience helpful but not essential – full training provided.
- Right to work in the UK with documentation valid for at least 12 months.
- Good spoken and written English essential.
