HGV Technician Shift Supervisor – Leeds

Working Hours

Rotating shift pattern: Monday to Friday, Week 1: 06:00 to 14:00, Week 2: Tuesday to Friday 12:00 to 00:00.

Salary

£18.64 – £22.50 per hour plus an excellent benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and organise the workshop team whilst managing productivity and efficiencies.
• Act as the go‑to for any support required for technicians and workshop staff.
• Provide technical knowledge to team members and customers when needed.
• Ensure all work is authorised to a high standard.
• Promote high standards on job‑card write‑ups to prevent warranty rejections.
• Mentor apprentices to empower them as the future of the workforce.
