Energy Connections Customer Advisor (Fixed-Term)

SSE PLC, Havant (Penner Road), is seeking Customer Service Advisors to support customers applying for new electricity connections or changes to the network. You will guide customers through the end-to-end process, outline next steps, and provide proactive updates on progress to ensure a smooth journey.

This 12-month fixed-term, full-time role is office-based, 37 hours per week, 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.
