Reablement Support Worker – Empower Home Care & Independence

Rainbow Care Solutions is recruiting a Support Worker to deliver reablement-focused care in Herefordshire communities. You will support people after discharge, helping them regain independence and perform daily activities with dignity, under a supportive team.

Comprehensive training is provided, with opportunities for progression within the service. A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for Herefordshire-based visits.
