Halfords is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Fusion centre in Cheltenham. You will split time between workshop leadership and assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service, driving profitability and a first-class customer experience.
The role combines hands-on mechanical activity with people management, coaching colleagues, and delivering high standards of service in a busy environment. Progression and training are offered across Halfords’ extensive scheme.
