Assistant Manager — Lead Team, WOW Guests, Grow to GM

Miller & Carter Exeter is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running the restaurant and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will step in as Duty Manager when needed, coach your team and uphold brand standards in every shift.

You will lead by example, drive training, and work with the team to create moments that WOW guests and encourage repeat visits, contributing to a lively, high-performing service culture in Exeter.
