Change Grow Live is recruiting a Family Recovery Coordinator based in Huddersfield, Kirklees. The role focuses on engaging service users and families, delivering psycho-social support, and promoting whole-family recovery within community settings.

Driving is desirable and occasional out-of-hours work may be required. The ideal candidate has knowledge of substance misuse, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with partners to ensure timely access to interventions
