Hoarding & Home Safety Support Coordinator

Town & Country Housing is seeking a compassionate Home Straight Coordinator to support residents across the Tunbridge Wells Borough facing hoarding or clutter-related challenges. The role focuses on wellbeing, safety, and helping individuals regain control through strengths-based support.

You will manage a caseload, assess needs and risks, and collaborate with partner agencies to promote independence. The position is full-time, 35 hours per week, based in Thanet, with flexible site locations.
