Learning Support Assistants — Secondary Phase
32.5 or 37 hours per week available, term time only (39 weeks includes five days training). Start date: 20th August 2026.
We are recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work with pupils at Dorothy Goodman within our Secondary and Primary phase. This role suits candidates seeking experience before pursuing a career in teaching, educational psychology or speech and language therapy.
Salary (Grade 5) – £25,191 to £25,590 per annum. Actual starting pay: £18,938.07 for 32.5 hours and £21,560.27 for 37 hours.

- Committed teams of staff at all levels across the school who understand the needs of pupils
