Production Operator – Day/Night Shifts + Cycle-to-Work

Epwin Group is recruiting for Process Operators to work on the production lines for UPVC fascias, soffits, guttering and cladding. The role involves packing finished products, quality checks, paperworks and contributing to a safe, tidy workplace.

The position requires flexibility with a continental shift pattern (0600–1800, 1800–0600) on a 4-week cycle. Full training will be provided and there is potential for overtime and career development.
