Employability Coach: Community Outreach & Referral (Hybrid)

United Response is seeking an Employability Coach – Community Outreach & Referral to help people overcome barriers to employment in York and surrounding areas. This role uses community networks to create opportunities that lead to training, internships and paid work.

You will deliver tailored one-to-one support, build action plans, develop referral pathways and work with employers. The role offers hybrid working, a pro rata salary and a supportive team committed to inclusive employment.
