Care Home Maintenance & Compliance Technician

Oakland Care Group in Littlehampton is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join a busy residential care setting. The role is 32 hours per week, focused on keeping the home safe, clean, well‑presented, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with the Properties and Facilities Manager, performing routine maintenance, PAT checks, water temperature monitoring, and system support for safety devices and furniture repairs.
