Multitrade Facilities Technician – Grounds & HVAC

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a maintenance technician to manage grounds, buildings and equipment at multiple community facilities. The role requires maintaining safety and regulatory compliance while performing routine repairs and coordinating with the Maintenance Director.

The position includes a rotating on-call schedule, (M-F) days with occasional evenings and weekends, and responsibilities spanning HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance.
