Compassionate Care Group Ltd is seeking a Supported Living Support Worker to join the Bolton team. You will provide compassionate support to adults with Mental Health, LD and Autism in a supported living setting, working on a rolling rota that covers weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.
You will offer a calm, caring presence with opportunities for social activities, meals and outings, while helping with daily routines and personal care. A genuine desire to make a real difference is essential.
