Agincare Group is recruiting a Residential Support Worker for a brand-new Children’s Residential Home in Wimborne, Dorset. You’ll support children with learning disabilities in a safe, nurturing environment and join a founding team in a not-for-profit setting.

We offer full training, shift patterns including sleep-ins, 40-hour weeks, and opportunities for career development and funded Level 3 Residential Childcare. DBS and pension schemes are provided.
