Maintenance Operative: Caring for Residents & Home Upkeep

Akari Care is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our hands-on team in one of our elder care homes. You will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure high standards of maintenance across the home, focusing on safety, upkeep, and practical improvements.

The role requires experience in building, DIY, plumbing, and electrical systems, plus flexibility and a calm, respectful approach with residents and colleagues.
