Industrial Paint Prep Technician – Temp to Perm

Travail Employment Group Ltd is recruiting an experienced Paint Preparation Technician to join the team in preparing industrial machinery and smaller parts for painting. You will work alongside the paint sprayer, with duties including surface preparation and masking to ensure high-quality finishes.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 07:30–16:30 and Friday 07:30–13:30, with a temporary role that may become permanent. Experience outside the automotive sector and abrasive wheel training are required.
