Pub Assistant Manager — Lead Guest Experience

Upham Inns is seeking an Assistant Manager to deliver high-level guest experiences across shifts and oversee food and beverage operations in its Southern England pubs. You will share responsibility for KPIs, recruitment, and staff development while leading a hands-on team on the floor.

You’ll work closely with the General Manager to maintain guest satisfaction, manage daily operations, and foster a welcoming pub environment while developing your career with the Upham Inns family.
