Customer Experience Specialist

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our fast-paced retail team. You will help customers, stock shelves, process payments and maintain the store’s appearance.

You’ll focus on delivering excellent service, offering on-the-job coaching and feedback, and ensuring a safe, welcoming shopping environment for all customers. The role may include responsibilities in Post Office Local operations where applicable.
